Updating the primer database

When you design a new primer and want to make it searchable you will add the data to the database (may be primer.xls). You will do the following to make it sesarchable through BLAST searches

1. Save as CSV to the specified location (what you replaced "/path/to/the/primer.csv" with in setup)
2. Access to http://IPorFQDN/cgi-bin/updateprimerdb
3. Try to search the newly added primer from http://IPorFQDN/blast/blast.html

The "IPorFQDN" should be what you set during the setup.
